As an architect by profession, I can only marvel at this incredible piece of art I had luck to discover on the small island of Gozo. Ta Cenc Hotel and Spa leaves me speechless every time I wander through it's secret gardens. Truly a magnificent wonder. I wish I had those architectural skills myself. Keep it going just as it is, there is no other hotel even nearly like it!

“Relax in a comfortable and calm trullo with sun-terrace and seaview”. This is the hotel for perfect relaxation, where you can find a room with seaview and a sun-terrace situated undisturbed with no neighbours looking at you or making noise around or passing by all the time. This is so rare that I can call this hotel a hideaway embedded in a large flower garden. There are 2 pools, one of them is for families with children, the second one - for adults, the hotels spa has a pool also. The outdoor part of the restaurant is placed under the gigantic tree, giving the shade in sunny days, meals from a-la-carte menu are wonderfully tasty and very large, meals from menu of the day are not so large. Breakfast is the best we´ve got during our trip through Malta and Gozo, with best ham and best eggs and fantastic fruits. Ta´ Cenc Heritage features include Borg i-Imramma temples, Dolmen, Cart ruts, other megaliths and must be seen for the historical value and a beauty of the nature (map is available in the reception). A promenade towards and along Cliffs was our best outdoor experience on Gozo, views are unexpected and amazing, the must see when in Gozo. The hotel also has a private rocky beach behind the cliffs, with sunbeds, umbrellas and a restaurant with a sea-view, the distance is about 1,5 km from hotel. There is a courtesy bus connection to and from the beach and to and from capital Victoria / Rabat, 2 times a day each. There is also a small shop in the hotel selling souvenirs, postcards and newspapers, open mornings and afternoons. In my opinion, to see Gozo properly, one needs to see hotel Ta`Cenc and surroundings. Room Tip: The trullo nr 132 has a perfect undisturbed terrace with a seaview, with sunbeds, table and chairs...

Dear Rose, Back to 'reality', I would like to thank you for the great weekend spent at the Ta' Cenc. What was most noteworthy apart from the relaxing ambiance of the hotel, especially at the spa, was the cordiality of the staff (from the Front Office to the F&B Outlets), friendly without being intrusive. Thanks again and best regards, Manuel

Dear Sirs, First of all I would like to congratulate you on the excellent service and product you offer. I am a person with special needs and availed myself of your services, with my wife, in October 3-5. The stay was marvellous and the help from personnel was very good, even though I had not informed earlier of my needs. During our stay, we were housed in apartment 58, which regrettably was some way off the main reception/breakfast/centre-of-attraction areas. However, I was graciously allowed to use the side road and to travel from and to the hotel centre using my own vehicle - i can drive myself but walking more than 5 minutes is at times problematic. I can safely state that my wife and I fell in love with the place - the peace and quiet - the idyllic surroundings, lovely gardens - all make a welcome change from routine life!! To this end, we intend returning at the first available opportunity. I was wondering whether you could furnish us with a siteplan of the hotel apartments, so we may determine which best to opt for - next time round, I would prefer being closer to the reception/etc. We would be after a twin room, similar to the No 58 in facilities, etc. I look forward to hearing from you and to visiting you again Regards mantoine d'ambrogio-araci
